Welcome!

As a student at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida, I have created this ePortfolio to demonstrate and display the lessons leaned at Santa Fe. Between the honors program, community service, the scientific exploration society, Phi Theta Kappa, Professors and friends, as well as general course and other activities and events, I have received the opportunity to gain new experiences, knowledge, and relationships.

 

Education and Career Goals

Due to a love of science and a passion for asking questions has lead me to choose Physics as a major. After graduating from Santa Fe, I plan on attending the University of Florida where I will work towards a Doctorate with the intention of becoming a research physicist.

 

Background

I won the lottery of homes to grow up in, winning two brothers, seven sisters, along with wonderful parents. As a Catholic homeschooling I developed a strong work ethic, love for learning and the world around me, as well as an appreciation for life experiences. Raised mostly in the country I learned various skills and gained wonderful childhood memories. All together my family life and upbringing have greatly influenced both my education and life goals.
